Step 1: To prepare for Jenna's big haircut, we had to have everything in place. I called in reinforcements (Gayle) who brought a fun treat (tube lollipop), and popped in Jenna's favorite DVD (Strawberry Shortcake). Jenna let Gayle "fix her hair" and didn't realize exactly what was about to happen. Now, brush out Jenna's hair for the last time (sniff, sniff).
Step 2: Step 2: Make the first cut and have mommy faint (well, not really faint, but get really dizzy and teary).
Step 3: Make the final snips.
Step 4: Jenna reacts with laughter after seeing herself in the mirror.
